- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
- Proof of damage (photo or video) may be required at the time of return request.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Intimate wear, lingerie, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer.
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- The refund will be credited to your original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
